Data from automated webinars

We ran a test.

To find out the following:

Via the Webinars:
1.  Lead percentage ratio to appointment.
2.  Appointment percentage ratio to close.

And the difference

Via the Sales Call Funnels
1.  Lead percentage ratio to appointment.
2.  Appointment percentage ratio to close.

Sales Call Funnel:
(sets = appointments)
Leads:  670
Sets: 184
Closes:  32

Webinar Funnel:
(Attendees = people who attended the automated webinar or replay)

Leads:  705
Attendees:  401

Sets: 95
Closes:  39

We closed more people, it was easier to close them, and it took less effort to establish a set (appointment).

Offer dependent of course but from just one example.  Across the board the value people get from a webinar is much more than from a funnel.  The only thing is once you have them in front of you and you've got them for their short amount of time that they have, it's so much more easier to move them along the funnel vs losing them after they filled out a form and chasing them down to get a set and show.

Keep in mind the show rates increased dramatically too from the webinar funnel vs the sales funnel.

Point is...

That dam webinar funnel is the shit.  I love it.  We run them all but it's my favorite because once it's fully automated you can really set up a good system to flow traffic to build rapport with a cold audience without having to play the algorithm game with platforms like Facebook.
