How the Process WorksThis is an interesting topic and I want to share what type of application forms my clients are using that are working! Facebook Ad Click - Landing PageSo from the Facebook Ad Click the user lands on the landing page and we would normally ask only for a "micro-commitment." Name, Email, and Phone Number. When they sign up on the landing page a few things should happen. 1. They are within our email sequence (infusionsoft, aweber, mailchimp, etc) 2. They are within our "text messaging" sequence (success engine, call loop, etc) 3. They are also on our phone call follow up sequence as well Landing Page Opt-in - Thank You PageOn the thank you page. This is the money page! We are going to give them an offer! We are going to allow them to apply and fill out an application form. This form will determine if they are seriously ready to commit "today" or not. Don't worry if they don't fill this out right now. The intent is to allow them to fully understand what we are looking for as a client. Prequalify them on the application form so that you will be able to close them a little more easier on the phone. On average most application form completions close at about 70-80%. Some of our clients are able to close 100% of the users who fill this form out, but that is because of the questions we ask on the form. Prioritize your "Prequals" First!!! The Application FormI wanted to give you an example of Roice's application form. Click here to visit his form and see what he asks. Roice's application form is very unique and asks specific questions so that he is able to find the potential person who is likely wanting to sign up for his services. The percentage of people who complete his form likely are very ready to commit and he closes them at about 90-95%. These users are waiting for his phone call. So you see it is the other way around. Structure your application to match your market, and make sure you are only looking to benefit the end user, and not sell the program. The selling part comes later after they feel the value of your services indeed exceed the investment. > Click here to learn about Roice's Funnel < What You Should Be DoingThere is a couple of things on the backend, what you should be doing for people who sign up and do not fill the application form out. Here are some of the things we do for our clients to help aid them in closing their leads. 1. Retarget all users who signed up with testimonial videos People who signed up for the program, are now going to get hit with facebook video ads from other clients who have used your services and loved it! This will help aid and encourage them to commit to the program. 2. Retarget all users who signed up with an intro video
Those who signed up may need a little bit more information about what they signed up for. Some of them users do not like to read. So what we do is retarget them with an intro video explaining the program so that likely when they see your email they would be more tempted to read it and learn more. 3. Retarget those users to come back and fill the application form out They already signed up for the program with an intent to do it! What stopped them from committing the application form? Who knows. Maybe life got in the way! But retargeting them with Facebook ads encouraging them to come back and complete the form to gain a spot onto the program will keep them in mind and they will remember to do it! So you can see we are retargeting the users who "signed up." This is important! Do not chase Dead Weight. So many marketers make the mistake of chasing after people who clicked the ad and visited the page instead of the ones who signed up. Some of these people will never sign up. We are going after an illusion. Stop it! We have to keep in mind that some people clicked only out of curiosity, nothing more... Retargeting only the people who signed up at least is hitting people who physically entered their details and had an intent that they want to do it or learn more! Give them a few more extra touches and you will find some of them contact you to learn how they can sign up! |
