I was getting loads amount of leads registering for my webinar, but my show rates were horrible. Besides that people were not staying until the end and some were just wanting to get information so my drop off rate was very high.
I needed to come up with a plan to increase my attendee rate, and at the same time keep people to stay and finish the webinar.
my solution - creating a conversation
I wanted people to understand what they were signing up for before they joined the webinar.
The landing page was giving them the info but most people don't read everything on the page.
So what I did instead was I drew people into a lead magnet, that started a conversation with them via text.
So they receive the lead magnet via text. They reply back letting me know they've got it and my AI talks to them and ask questions.
These questions are the brain of the AI that allows it to learn the prospect and get an understanding of what they need.
The AI educates them and gives them value and over the course of the conversation offers them to join the webinar.

Once they join the webinar they are tagged as an attendee.
The AI knows this and asks them how did they like the webinar and did they learn anything from it.
It also asks if there is anything we can do to improve the experience.
The AI asks a few more questions and depending on how they respond the AI offers them to schedule a zoom call with us.
Numbers don't lie.
My original webinar funnel converted at 19%, and my attendee rate (the people who stayed on the webinar) was 40%. That means I had a 60% drop off rate.
After incorporating AI.
My webinar converted at 90%, and my attendee rate is 80%.
This was a huge increase and I was happy.
I believe the conversation established and the rapport that was built lead prospects into knowing what to expect in the webinar and it also allowed trust to build.
The AI continues to learn but honestly it's a system that was able to help people and hold their hand along their customer journey.
